Neapolitan Pizza

We are so excited to announce our first in-house food offering: Neapolitan-style pizza! Our pizzas are the perfect size for a single meal or sharing with friends.

For January, service will be Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 5:30pm until sold out.

By now you’ve hopefully heard about the reverse osmosis we do with our beer (i.e. our German Lager is brewed with water from the Isar River in Germany). We’re taking it a step further: we’ve cloned a Naples, Italy water profile to use with our in-house dough! This from-scratch dough then gets a long, cold fermentation (just like our lagers) for 3 days before we cook it at 850 degrees.
